Introduction

This Privacy Notice explains how TopCashback (“TopCashback”, “Company”, “we” or “us”) collects and uses personal data about individuals who apply for roles with us, are assessed or interviewed by us, or are otherwise considered for employment or engagement (“candidates”).

We will only seek information from third parties, such as references or background screening providers, at the appropriate stage of the recruitment process and, where required by law, with your consent or after giving you notice.
